they have been calling me for some weeks 3 to 4 times a day. That my attorney has to contact them, to settle an account that i owe them 5000 and that is from a payday loan. That is federal case etc. I hang up on them and they got mad. they have a weird scary voice.

Summitt Energy scams trying to make you say YES to some weird and hard to understand questions in order to bind you to a 5 years contract with a scam energy re-seller. Beware of this dangerous people who are claiming they are from your local electricity or gas company to make you sign their tricky contract !!

WOW, THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST, THEY CALL YOU JOB, SEND FAXES TO I DON'T KNOW WHO, AND EVERYONE THEY TALK TO THE TELL ALL YOUR PERSONAL BUSINESS. I HAVE SOME OF THE COVERSATIONS ALONG WITH THE FAXES TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT GOING TO ANY AND EVERY DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE ABOUT TO MAKE ME LOSE MY JOB.

Would not tell me why they called

Got a call from this place and hit 1 to talk to a person and said for the 100th time stop calling me. The guy got mad and starting yelling at me saying do you even know why we're calling? I said no. He said you have 3 credit cards that you pay on time and pay more then the minimum amount right? I said yes. He said we'll lower the interest rate to 9.99%. So he said I need you start with the credit card that begins with a 4 read me the middle numbers. I said no I'm not giving you my numbers. In a stern voice he said look we can't do nothing without the 3 digit number on the back and we're not asking for your mother's maiden name. I said no there's too much credit card fraud going around. After telling him no three times. He said you know something you're a dumb guy. I said I'd rather be a dumb guy and keep my good credit card record. He hung up. Call my three credit card companies and go new cards with new numbers.

Recibí dos llamadas de este número dos veces en el mismo dia, no me dí cuenta cuando el teléfono sonó así que no contesté, cuando revisé el teléfono no solo tenía dos llamadas perdidas sino un mensaje de voz, cuando traté de escucharlo se oía que hablaban unas mujeres pero no se entendía que hablaban como si la persona que marcó no se hubiera dado cuanta que la mandaron al correo de voz, lo escuché dos veces y no entendí nada, al día siguiente recibí otra llamada del mismo número pero nuevamente ni cuenta me dí, quise llamar pero por lo que leo en internet puede ser otra mas de esos rateros extorsionadores, así que no lo haré, ni ustedes tampoco lo hagan.

I receive unproffesional from this people. I think they are indians and they dont know what their doing. They call me at my job and they ask my boss to pay for a debt I owe. Im really fed up with this annying people. They are not legit so report them to theBBB or make a poice report.

From Law and Investigations of American Legal Processing Division of Morgan Law and Associates of New York. Sounded more like an opium den in Karachi. Finally, "Jimmy" was going to pay off the $120 bad debt against me for $2 out of his own pocket because he knew I was a good person. I messed with them for 15 minutes getting them to repeat, spell, etc. But I also got the SSN and e-mail of a clown who put my phone number on a lot of sites and loan applications. ;-)

They called me 15 times in over a week, asking for a lady who previously had my number. Their business is called Plaza Associates, a debt-reliever company. This lady had about 10 accounts on their system with my phone number on it, and they kept calling me. On Wednesday (12/08/10), they said they fixed it, then about an hour later I got a call from them, and so I called them back, and let them have it. I swore to them that I would press charges for harassment if they called me again - and that set them straight. It drove me nuts. But that's the end of my story.
